This is the post I had hope to share last Friday for my first Photo Friday of the New Year. But instead, I spent the day traveling and visiting family. … oh well!
But I thought it was still worth sharing as I do my best to not only get back into the swing of blogging, but to improve the blog this year. If it’s not worth improving, it’s not worth doing, right?!?
These photos were taken toward the end of last week at Seattle Center (the Arts complex where the Seattle Space Needle is located) where we took Mama and the Step-Kiddos to Ice Skate at the Winterfest Rink in Fisher Pavilion. It was good family fun and I got the opportunity to snap some pictures of Seattle Center, all dressed up for the holidays, before it was all over. Win, win!

I’m still learning about taking night photos, especially of lights like these are, but I enjoyed these and thought you all might as well. I just love to see this town all dressed up for the holidays. Since there are 11 months until next holiday season, these pictures will have to suffice.
Hope your year is off to an exceptional start, my friends! Tomorrow I start a brand new year-long project here on the blog so, until then …
… I’m Always,
Aja Lynn
